I worked with Ted on the 2013 sale of my San Francisco Pacific Heights home. The sale was not straightforward for a number of reasons but Ted pulled together a great process that generated strong interest in a rapid fashion. The bottom line is our home sold in less than a week, well above the asking price and with no contingencies. Given some of the complexities, this was an unexpected outcome but very much reflective of Ted's strength as a real estate broker.
