Katie was terrific in every respect, and from start to finish (and beyond). Katie was able to connect us with stagers (multiple bids from which to choose); an excellent/efficient/great value interior painter; a home inspection person; etc. Katie helped us price the unit correctly, did a great job generating interest and following up with prospective buyers' agents, and guided us through some bumpy parts of the process (example: days after we went on the market, a nearly identical unit a few doors down went on the market at a list price that was, as I recall, about $50,000 below ours, but Katie helped us stay the course, distinguish our unit, and ultimately get an above-list offer on which we closed successfully). We really could not have hoped for a better result or asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, results-producing agent.
Kelli was amazing to work with. We met Kelli at an open house and we immediately connected with her. Kelli is friendly, professional, super responsive and superb at her job. She really knows the area (including being willing to expand our search outside of SF to East Bay) and worked with us to find our first home. She had our interests in mind and was great at listening to what we wanted, and we never felt any pressure to "make a place work". We appreciate the time she took to help us set up our search criteria, taking us on open houses, and walking us through the home buying process as it was new for both of us. We listed our family home with Ted in the Fall of 2021 and were impressed with his intuition and experience in both pricing the home for sale as well as coordinating the sales and marketing process. Ted has a nice way of dealing with people: the brokerage community, potential buyers, neighbors who might be affected by a new owner on the block. Buying, selling and moving can be a disruptive to a neighborhood but Ted and his team managed everything professionally and courteously. His knowledge of market factors and buyer expectations made for a very good result. As sellers, we were impressed with Ted’s service and competence but it speaks volumes that the eventual buyers indicated they would recommend Ted for future engagements as well.
